Bruce has been with the company almost since its inception in 1992. It is AGENDA: USA's commitment to superior service that brought Bruce to come aboard in the first place, and it's also what has kept him here. Customers love Bruce, who was honored to receive the "Allied Employee Exceptional Service Award" from the Greater Kansas City Hotel and Lodging Association in 2005. Bruce is an active member of:

Manager, Group Transportation Division

Bobby works directly with many of the meeting planners and /or travel departments for our clients' organizations. As a "master of logistics," Bobby designs and executes all transportation services related to group arrivals, departures, shuttles and tours. Prior to joining AGENDA: Kansas City, Bobby was Tournament Director of a regional professional golf tour.

Dawn Arnold
Fleet Dispatcher

A multitasker and organizer extraordinaire, Dawn serves as Dispatcher for AGENDA: USA. With a passion for professionalism, Dawn takes good care of AGENDA’s clients, confirming their schedules and coordinating all vehicles and chauffeurs to provide each day’s service. Cindy Arnold
Financial Manager

Cindy Arnold, our Financial Manager has been a team member since 2006. Cindy has her undergraduate degree in Business and Accounting, and she is currently pursuing her Master’s in Accounting. There is not any task Cindy cannot complete, and she likes the challenge. With a versatile resume of owning her own gift shop and also having several years of experience working with midsize companies in the accounting field, Cindy is a great team member who is always keeping an eye on our bottom line.

Office Manager

Christie will be the first person you'll likely speak with when calling the company. Her background in banking gave Christie excellent experience in customer service and new account development. Her experience with Human Resources functions and training programs, along with her organizational skills, are great assets when it comes to keeping the AGENDA: Kansas City and AGENDA: USA offices running smoothly.

Sales & Marketing Manager
Jess helps others get to know all that we do at AGENDA…from our event production capabilities and group shuttle to our airport transfers and customized tour services. Active in KC's hospitality community, Jess is a Board member for the Hotel & Lodging Association of Greater Kansas City and the Party Arty Steering Committee for the Nelson Atkins Museum's Young Friends of Art. Jess is an active member of:

One of the first in the hospitality industry to earn his Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation, Alton provides direction and support to all divisions of the company.
